Being three is tough. Just ask Tristan.
Case in point:
It would seem to Tristan that his birthday is EONS away, and to add insult to injury, EVERYONE seems to be having a birthday, but him.
If you have, or ever have had a three-year-old, you understand.
So, Tristan took matters into his own hands the other day, and threw himself a party. He made a "cake" out of his PB&J sandwich, using pretzel sticks as candles. Landon and I sang "Happy Birthday" to him, and he was happy-content to wait another 7 months for his real birthday to roll around again.

So cute. I know how that is. I swear you hear about having a birthday 364 days a year.
That's all it takes... a little self appreciation and a self made party....maybe we all need to take a lesson there....it life isn't good...give yourself a treat!
