Thanksgiving this year was a whirlwind, but it was great! We spent the day in Cottonwood at my Mom's house. Will only had Thursday off, so it was a quick turnaround trip, but worth it. My Mom had a crew of people at her house this year! Her fiance', Elmo and his family joined our whole family for the festivities. There were 21 people in total, and despite the noise, it was a very relaxing holiday.
A few of us went to Sedona to see Twilight (loved it-want to marry Carlisle!), leaving some of the men in charge of the kids and cooking. When we returned, all of the children were alive and happy, and the food was finished and fabulous. Honestly, what more can you ask for?
After a meal fit for a king, we celebrated the November family birthdays with some presents and sweet treats.
All in all, the day accomplished, at least for me, it's purpose. I spent the entire drive home thinking of all I have to be thankful for. The list is long, but my top five are the gosple, my family, my friends, my freedom, and Will's job that pays the bills and makes it possible
for me to be a SAHM (Stay at home mom).
